Connections: Social Skills Camp (CSSC) is a summer day camp program based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The purpose of CSSC is to provide campers who have social difficulties with direct social skills instruction as well as immediate opportunities to practice the skills they have learned in real life settings.
Highland Friendship Club is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that its members (teens through adulthood) have ample chances to build personal relationships, explore new interests, and form lasting friendships with people of all abilities. HFC is proudly 150 volunteers strong and partners with dozens of organizations and local businesses. Programs are offered daily- often multiple times per day- 7 days a week.
MN Special Olympics (SOMN) has trainings and competitions all year in locations across the state. We offer 17 Olympic-style sports, so whatever your age or skill level, SOMN has something for you. Through sports, our athletes celebrate their abilities, not their disabilities. Their world opens with acceptance and understanding. They become confident and empowered by their accomplishments. They make new friends, joining the most inclusive community on the planet—a global community that’s growing every day
The Down Syndrome Foundation and Camp was founded in 2000 by a group of parents who wanted to develop a camp for young adults with Down syndrome. The sole purpose of the Down Syndrome Foundation is to support the Down Syndrome Camp. The Board of Directors are all volunteers and have a passion in offering a quality, safe, memorable camp experience. All funding from the Down Syndrome Foundation goes directly towards the benefit of operating the Down Syndrome Camp.

Minnesota Special Hockey is an adapted ice hockey program for players of ALL ages with developmental disabilities. We are proud to have over 180 players on 10 teams across the state of Minnesota.
